Fleet Management Systems:
We are currently registered with Enterprise Fleet Management as an approved Vendor. We also provide our maintenance tracking software for privately owned/managed vehicles. Please let us know if/ which vehicles in your fleet are part of the Enterprise Fleet Management system and we will be sure to bill accordingly.
Products Provided
We strive to use the best products available to ensure fleet reliability. In the parts we use, we endeavor to use vendors that back their parts but also have good prices and quality parts. We also use almost exclusively Mobil1 Synthetic and semi-synthetic motor oils as well as K&N or WIX oil filters where they are available for the specific application. In standard automotive applications, we use a 5000-mile synthetic and 3000-mile semi-synthetic oil change interval because we know that oils are the lifeblood of the motor and critical to keep it well maintained. Our Maintenance tracker ensures that filters and fluids are changed at proper intervals to ensure longevity
PLAN – Standard Fleet:
This type of account would be an as-needed account and is subject to available appointment slots.
(all accounts start as a standard fleet by default and will adjust to the desired type you enter when Applying depending on 90 day probation period and availability)
Perks of having a Standard Fleet Account:
-Access to a net 30 account if you qualify
-Discount on our standard labor rates and no service fees for any on-site services at your location within our normal service areas.
-Access to our system for monitoring tickets and invoices.
-Maintenance tracking is available upon request.
What we need from you:
-Vin numbers for all of the vehicles that will be serviced along with their company identification number if applicable
-Notify us of issues that need attention (maintenance and Repairs) via Email or Text. (online booking is available for standard services)
PLAN – Full Fleet:
Our full plan offers more flexibility and does not require as much of a “hands-on approach” from your company.
Perks of having a Full Fleet Account:
**Same Perks as above as well as:**
-Even Better labor rates
-Priority booking times
-All Maintenance intervals monitored and services completed as needed
-No-Contact service
-Discounted rates for out-of-area services if needed
What we need from you:
**Same information as the Standard Fleet with the addition of:**
-We are the only ones to work on your vehicles (minus a few exceptions)
-Report ODO readings every week for maintenance tracking along with Notifying us of any known issues that need attention
–No Contact access to vehicles at least 1 Full day a week (Tu, We, Thur, Sat)
(this means that we would have the ability to gain access to the keys and vehicle any time during that day to check on or service aspects of the vehicle)
PLAN – Preferred Fleet:
Our full plan offers more flexibility and requires an even more “hands-off approach” from your company.
Perks of having a Full Fleet Account:
**Same Perks as above as well as:**
-Even Better labor rates
-Priority booking times and a dedicated Day (Tu, We, Thur, Sat) where your services are the priority.
-All Maintenance intervals monitored and services completed as needed
-No-Contact service
-Discounted rates for out-of-area services if needed
What we need from you:
**Same information as the Standard Fleet with the addition of:**
-We are the only ones to work on your vehicles (minus a few exceptions)
-We are given access to a GPS tracking system provided by your company for pulling live ODO readings
-Notifications via email or this website of any known issues that need attention outside of routine maintenance
–No Contact access to vehicles at least 1 Full day a week (Tu, We, Thur, Sat)
Note:
-Any late payments will be subject to late fees unless arrangements have been made with us prior. A pattern in late payments may result in an account “downgrade” or agreement termination.
-“No shows” and “Late Cancelations” will be subject to the standard fees in a 3-Strike process.
-Accounts can be “Downgraded” or agreements terminated if requirements are not met.
